Returns are accepted within 30 days of item receipt. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
To start a return, send us an e-mail at: email@example.com. You’ll need a receipt (paid invoice, your order number). We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the cost of original shipping within 7 days.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item.
If you have ordered the wrong item, we are happy to exchange it for you but you will be required to cover all shipping and insurance costs.
