RETURN OF GOODS
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the receipt of the product.
- The sender pays for the return shipping.
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
- The product must be sent back in its original packaging.
- The cost of shipping is not refundable.
- To initiate a return, send us an email at: orders@omanikfactory.com. In the email, specify the order number and the customer’s name, which are listed on the invoice. We will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
- Once your package is received and the item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- In case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 days, minus the cost of the initial shipping.
- NB! Goods sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
- EXCHANGE OF GOODS
- We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, and if they do not match the order. Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an item that does not match the order list.
- If you ordered the wrong item, we are happy to exchange it for you, but you will have to cover all shipping and insurance costs.
